This review is for Ben(Game crew and Alex(Booking team). I do not write reviews. Ben and Alex are the reason I am writing this one. We came back to Escape This Perth CBD for my partner's birthday. Our first visit was on Father's Day, and we loved it so much that we planned this day three weeks ahead: The Wizard's Chamber, then Bank Heist. We were deep in the first game and loving it. Then my daughter suddenly became very unwell with diarrhoea, shortly after eating an unplanned sushi roll from Jaws Sushi. After two urgent runs to the bathroom, she was exhausted. I was back and forth with her, and none of us could think about the clock. Our best day fell apart in minutes. I told Ben we suspected food poisoning and could not continue. His first words were about my daughter, not the booking. He comforted us, spoke with his manager, and arranged for us to rebook. That evening she got worse, and we ended up in the emergency department. Alex then followed up by phone and email and made rebooking easy. Thanks to Ben and Alex, our family gets to come back and finish what we started. To the owner: having Ben and Alex on your team is a blessing. Please use this review for more than your rating.

Todays experience was fantastic. We did the bank heist and it was defi itely a challenge. As an ER fanatic, this challenge was refreshing.Phoebe was lovely and made us feel very welcomed

Amazing to do for a birthday party or just with friends. Bank Heist was super fun, tricky but not impossible. Matthew and Skye were super kind and helpful!

We did bank heist. Really good for my first one, Skye and the team were super friendly and very helpful

Really love this escape room. We tried the bank heist . 1 hour passed like nothing. Was entertained and really cool. Would love to come back again. Skye was great help and friendly.

Staff were very friendly, the room was very good definitely one of the best escape rooms in Perth we did the bank heist and loved the experience and it definitely gave us a challenge 10/10

Had so much fun!! Did the bank heist with my family and it was really creative! Not too challenging but not too easy. James and Skye were lovely and super helpful!! Overall definitely recommend!!

We did the Bank Heist room. I did it with my 11 and 15 year old boys. It was fun and challenging but doable. Phoebe was a great host.

Took on Bank Heist, was challenging but super fun!! Phoebe was a great game master, super enthusiastic and willing to answer our post-room questions! The best!
